We are looking for an Italian speaking individual to join our team as our Artist Representative / Artist Agent joining a team of 35 across the US, UK, Spain and Singapore.
We offer a comprehensive training package which covers social media marketing, project management, creative trend awareness and sales training.
This role is now suitable for remote working, so wherever you are, it works for us. Currently, we have bases in London and Brighton within the UK, Seville in Spain and Gibraltar also.

Fluency in ITALIAN is a must followed by strong language abilities in ENGLISH.
An Art Rep is the middle person between great artists and great clients; so, you make the link, grease the wheels and make sure everything works out. There is an existing group of clients that you will eventually look after, and there is a degree of new business development. In a nutshell, it’s a creative sales role.

The Artist Agent starting salary is 26k with OTE 35K depending on experience. We also introduce a competitive bonus scheme after 1 year.

We offer full training in a casual virtual environment. Expenses are paid to travel – World Wide, London, Italy etc. or if you need to face to face meet up. Working hours for this position is Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with an early leave on Friday, but you have flexibility since you are no longer expected to report to a physical office.
Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis.

– Fluent or Native speaking in Italian and English is essential.
– An interest in art and illustration is ideal.
– Creative – a good eye.
– Good communicator, able to rebut, sell, empathise and negotiate.
– Multi-task individually or as part of a team.
– Be comfortable traveling alone and possibly over multiple weekends.
– Mac and social media savvy.
– Organised to a diagnosable level.
– Generally brilliant and making things happen on your own.
