We are looking for an individual to join our team at Astound Us as our Artist Representative / Artist Agent.
We offer a comprehensive training package which covers social media marketing, artist briefing and development, project management, creative trend awareness and sales training. You will be using all of those skills and more as an Astound agent!
This role is fully remote – which means you can work from home, or anywhere, but we are looking for an individual based in the UK. Currently, we have base offices in the UK and US where our teams meet casually.
An Illustration Agent is the middle person between illustrators and clients so you work with the Astound artists to develop & create marketable/ saleable work, make the connection between artist and client, and ensure everything works out during the project. There is an existing group of clients that you will look after following training, and there is a degree of new business development. In a nutshell, it’s a creative sales role.

The Artist Agent starting salary is £30K with OTE £45K depending on experience and after training and we are looking for an individual who has experience in the field.

We offer full training in a casual virtual environment. Expenses are paid to travel – World Wide, New York, Italy etc. or if you need to face to face meet-up. Working hours for this position are Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., but you have flexibility since you are no longer expected to report to a physical office.
Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis.

– Creative – a good eye.
– Good communicator, able to rebut, sell, empathise and negotiate.
– Multi-task individually or as part of a team.
– Be comfortable travelling alone and possibly over multiple weekends.
– Highly organized.
– Generally brilliant and making things happen on your own.
