ITSme Design and Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a Design and Marketing Profess Assistant to join our Team at ITSme.
You will be joining our fun and creative team with the flexibility of working remotely. The team will be there to guide you every step of the way. This is a varied position with a high degree of training; you will be given a cross-section of marketing tasks typical to promoting freelance talent and creative services. You will be working on design of marketing materials, social media, UX/UI for website, as well as managing design and web projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
-High proficiency in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe XD is a must
-Excellent time management skills
-Formal training or experience in Marketing
– Fluency in English
Previous Experience (required):
– Freelance or Studio Designer
– Social Media experience
– Office experience
– UX/UI design experience
– Some expertise on WordPress
Main Duties Summary:
– Designing email Marketing, using platforms such as Mailchimp HTML emails
– Designing websites
– Maintaining Marketing Resources across a group of Agencies, team of 60
– Management of external developers
The Marketing Assistant’s starting salary is $12k depending on experience and after training.

We offer full training in a casual virtual environment. Expenses are paid to travel – World Wide, London, Italy etc. or if you need a face-to-face meet up, alongside great healthcare plans.
Working hours for this position are approximately Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., India standard time, but you have flexibility since you are no longer expected to report to a physical office.
Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis.
