We are looking for a Creative Assistant to join us in our Singapore Office for 10-15 hours per week. This role is suitable for remote working, so you have the flexibility to work from home.
The Creative Assistant role requires an individual with native or bilingual Chinese language abilities. This position places a strong emphasis on excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English, specifically for written translation and verbal interpretation tasks. Competency in Japanese is considered an added bonus.
Some basic design and admin skills are required to assist our growing team of Sales Agents across the world.
You will be joining a dynamic team of 40 across Asia, the UK, EU and USA and up to 1000 freelance artists and suppliers across the World. You will be involved in tasks such as translation, admin, design and marketing for the agency.
We are offering a rate of S$1,500 (plus 17% CPF for local employees) per month on a pro-rata basis for 10/15 hours a week (based on a 37hour week), which can be invoiced as a freelancer at the end of each month.
Working hours for this position are flexible and we can work around your availability. We are looking for around 10-15 hours per week but this may vary slightly depending on the agency requirements each week.

Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
– Fluent or Native speaking Chinese and English is essential with a strong emphasis on excellent speaking, reading and writing skills in both languages
– Competency in Japanese is considered an added bonus.

– Organized to a diagnosable level
– Multi-task individual
– Knowledge of Adobe Suit and admin skills are desirable
