He gives heartwarming feedback and encouragement. He gave actionable feedback for both my work and my bio. He helped me to hone my portfolio, telling me what to keep, what to polish, and what should be removed- for maximum impact in the industry. He gives clear instructions. He showed me examples of work from artists who are successful in their careers to help my understand some terms I was unfamiliar with. He also has a sense of humor which helped me feel connected.
