Research As A Comic Stripe By Illo Artist Pino Cao

Published on 17/11/2022

Have you ever seen research presented as a 4-page comic? This recent project from Illo illustrator, Pino Cao, is just that! The idea is to make the research easier to access and understand.

Pino Cao worked with Dr. Carolyn Dicey Jenning from the Center for The Humanities at the University of California, Merced, to transform Dr. Jenning’s research and recently published book “The Attending Mind” into a comic that would be easier to understand.

The comic is now online and published in their bobcat comic series on Escholarships, which has free open access to the public. See the comic here and let us know what you think!
