Join Our Team as an Artist Agent!
At Yeon Agency we are looking for a person for the role of an Artist Agent, who is native or bilingual in Mandarin-Chinese and English, to join our dynamic team of 40 across Asia, the UK, EU, and USA, and up to 1000 freelance artists and suppliers across the World.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in the field of creative sales, project management or the Publishing/ Illustration industry and a strong portfolio of successful artist and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- As an Artist Agent, you are the middle person between great artists and great clients. You make the link, grease the wheels and make sure everything works out. There is an existing group of clients that you will eventually look after, and there is a degree of new business development. In a nutshell, it’s a creative sales role.

Working hours for this position is Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with an early leave on Friday, but you have flexibility since you are no longer expected to report to a physical office.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Candidates who meet the following requirements should apply:
- Singapore resident or hold a valid working permit in Singapore.
- Proven experience in creative sales or publishing, with a strong portfolio of successful artist and client partnerships.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages.
- Bonus: Fluency in Japanese.
- An interest in art and illustration.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Mac and social media platforms.
- Generally brilliant and making things happen on your own.
Interviews will be conducted via Skype on an ongoing basis.
