Artistique Int x Zalando

Published on 21/03/2022

In April 2020, during the middle of the first big lockdown in Spain, the situation was really tough and our team was all working from home. Our IQ Agent, Adolfo, received an interesting enquiry from the German online fashion shop Zalando, who wanted to create a new campaign for their summer season 2020. Because the world had suddenly changed and they couldn’t do their regular photoshoots with models to create all the assets for that new campaign (web and TV) in Europe, they came to us to help them find a creative solution through illustration!

They chose the Finish artist Siiri Väisänen, and her genuine characters, with all kinds of shapes, races and styles, to develop a fresh and catchy campaign with dozens of colourful and funny assets, composed by a mix of illustrations and gifs.

The result was incredible and the dynamic and nice team of Zalando in Berlin were delighted; they showed that in our multiple zoom meetings and also in their emails: “These are looking great Siiri, thanks for pushing on with this despite the very vague briefing”.
In summer, when all the anti covid measures started to be less strict, it was really nice to see the impactful result of that socially-distant project that our artist did for Zalando.
