Designer / sales marketing assistant

We are looking for a mid-level designer/ sales marketing assistant to join our team.
We are a creative agency working for the World’s leading illustration Agencies. You will assist us in producing artist folios and promotional material to be used to promote illustrators to children’s book publishers globally.
You will be joining our fun and creative team with the flexibility of working remotely. The team will be there to guide you every step of the way. You will be working on design of marketing materials, and social media, assisting with simple UX/UI for website upgrades, and some general marketing duties. If you have experience in Book Publishing we can offer an increased package. There is a great route of progression to be an Artist representative in Italy if your skills cross over!
Key Skills and Qualifications:
-High proficiency in Adobe Suite – Photoshop and InDesign is a must
-Excellent time management skills
-Fluency in English and Italian with Spanish an added bonus
Previous Experience:
– Freelance or Studio Designer
If you have the following its a bonus!
– Design for Social Media experience
– Microsoft Office experience.
Main Duties Summary:
– Designing email Marketing, using platforms such as Mailchimp
– Maintaining Marketing Resources across a group of Agencies, team of 60
Starting salary is 17€ per hour for 37 hours per week, invoiced at the end of the month. Depending on your experience we can review this package higher.

-We will supply a computer and software for this purpose
Interviews will be held on Skype on an ongoing basis.
