Shout out to the wonderful Advocate Art illustrator Monica Armino for her work on Billy and the Giant Adventure, the debut Middle Grade Fiction book written by renowned chef Jamie Oliver!
Published by Penguin Random House, Billy and the Giant Adventure is perfect bedtime reading. It’s a story about four best friends who explore Waterfall Woods and uncover a secret world full of magic. One pinch of adventure, a dash of friendship, a sprinkle of mystery, and a HUGE spoonful of magic, this book has it all! There’s friendship, fantasy, finding your place in the world – and food (of course!). Monica’s rich style, vibrant colors, and exciting characters pair perfectly with the text of this story, bringing all of the adventures to life.
Billy and the Giant Adventure is out in April 2023, but available to pre-order now. Here’s a sneak peek of the cover, and you can enjoy Monica’s beautiful illustrations a little more by heading over to Jamie’s Instagram for the cover reveal.
If you’d like to work with Monica, or any of our illustrators, get in touch with your agent to discuss the details further – we’d love to hear from you!
