From ITSme Mentorship to Represented Artist

Published on 21/12/2023

We recently wrapped up the Fall session of our Illustration Mentorship Program! Did you know that our mentorships often culminate in real agency offers? Our mentors are always looking for great talent for their agency, and this is a great chance to get to know artists one on one in their bespoke coaching sessions.

We are thrilled to announce that our Fall program concluded with multiple artists being offered representation with our various agencies! Who are these newly signed illustrators?!

Amanda Rizqi is now represented by Yeon Agency

And

Noor El Sehnawi, JP Roberts, Koustubha Jagadeesh, and Saulo Cabrera are now represented by Illo Agency.

Our 12-week program has artists working directly with one of our illustration agents to develop new portfolio pieces. We pick the agent that is the best match for developing your specific work to be your mentor. It is a highly curated and bespoke experience designed to take your work to the next level!

This process mimics what it is like working with clients, going from briefings to final artwork, with feedback and revisions in between. We have multiple mentorships to cover a wide range of industries from children’s books, advertising, and editorial, to greeting cards.

We are thrilled that so many artists were able to be signed after this session!

We are currently in the middle of our Winter Mentorship session and cannot wait to share what these artists are working on! Our Spring Mentorship will start in March, 2024! If you are interested in learning more, please email us at learning@itsmegroup.com.

The ITSme Society is a collective of top creative agencies that represent award-winning talent worldwide. The ITSme Society agencies represent illustrators and writers across 7 agencies: Advocate Art, Astound US Inc, Illo Agency, Artistique, Yeon, CWLA, and Collaborate.
